The rooms guests can choose from are Palace Classic, Palace Premier, Junior Suite, Premier Junior Suite, Prestige Junior Suite, or the Deluxe Suite, Premier Deluxe Suite and Prestige Deluxe Suite – which all can accommodate up to 3 people.

The Governor Suites, Executive Governor Suites, and Alvear Suites are all complete with a reception hall, living room, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The Presidential Suite includes all this plus an elegant dining room with a capacity for up to 8 people.
The Executive Presidential Suite boasts a dining room with a capacity for up to 10 people, and room for an extra bed. Both Presidential Suites are perfect for hosting, as they come with two bathrooms. The Royal Suite is, unsurprisingly, fit for royalty. Alvear Palace Hotel has its own volunteer project, which began in 2006. The team behind the volunteers was originally formed by employees of the hotel and they work to help people who live in deprived sectors of Argentina. Alvear also understands the importance of protecting natural resources and so have a business philosophy which reflects this. They help to preserve non-renewable energy sources and have adopted sustainable practices such as reducing water and energy consumption, treating their waste before releasing it, and actively promoting recycling within their property.
