The resort, built over three hectares of virgin land with indigenous materials, seamlessly fuses with the surrounding nature. Each bungalow comes with a sun deck and has a bathroom with natural spring water. Each unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making amenities. The Bay Restaurant & Bar

Guests can enjoy drinks and meals at the onsite Bay Restaurant and Bar and entertain themselves in the games room where there is a pool table, dartboard, a computer with broadband internet and satellite TV. Offering breath taking views of Menjangan Bay and the lush mangrove forest guests can dine for breakfast as they witness the sunrise or a romantic dining experience under the stars. The menus guests can order meals from includes a wide range of authentic Indonesian cuisine or you can choose to relax in the pool whilst sipping on cocktails from the bar.

Diving & Snorkelling

Make your way to the Gawana Dive centre to discover the underwater realm of the world-class diving area at Menjangan Island. Newly upgraded dive centre facilities with complete equipment are provided due to the resort being in collaboration with Extra Divers Bali. There are different courses available for divers to suit all level of experience such as Scuba/ Experience Diving, SSI Scuba Diver Kurs, or SSI Open Water Kurs. Lunch and water will be provided on all full day trips and equipment is available to rent such as regulators, a diving suit, snorkels, diving computer and a compass.

Sports & Fun

Explore nature through a number of tours that take you through thick and protected jungles. Take part in kayaking across the beautiful bay surrounded by mangrove forests, go bird watching in West Bali National Park and spot the rare Bali Starling bird, trek through the jungle on an expedition to the remote area of West Bali National Park and observe a variety of protected flora and fauna. You can also explore two rainforests, a monsoon and an evergreen where you will be able to see a number of species of animals that inhabit these area such as grey macaque monkeys, kingfisher, herons and much more. There is also an Ijen East Java tour to take part in where guests will venture to a sky-blue lake in the heart of the Ijen crater, the biggest crater lake in Java, and observe a series of vents surrounding the lake where volcanic gases escape from.

Naya Ganawa Resort also supports community-run and locally owned businesses, encourages people to eat in locally owned restaurants and order local drinks and produce to support the local area. Handmade crafts and locally produced souvenirs are available to purchase during a visit to the resort as this helps to support the community initiatives.

Sustainable Travel

Naya Ganawa Resort is conscious of sustainable travel and does what it can to provide this. Waste is recycled at the resort, plastic is reduced by using reusable water bottles and offering drinks without the use of a plastic straw and there is a policy for reusing sheets and towels if guests wish to do so as this saves on the amount of water used. The resort also takes part in energy conservation by reminding guests to turn off lights and electrical equipment in rooms when not in use as this saves energy.

Protecting the Environment

The resort is committed to preserve nature in the surrounding environment and encourages people to help as much as they can as even the smallest act can have a large positive impact. There are paths in national parks and nature reserves that protect the environment when used by visitors as this avoids disturbing animals and prevents natural habitats from being damaged.
