Explore the extraordinary grounds of Kruger National Park and Ngala Private Game Reserve by embarking on amazing safari activities provided at Ngala Tented Camp. Enjoy a daily game drive around the park where you will have the incredible opportunity to spot elephants, herds of buffalo, lion prides, leopards, spotted hyenas, African wild dogs, giraffes and many more.
Have the great experience of exploring the reserve on foot, free from roads and vehicles, with an expert guide who will help you journey through the park and share interesting facts about the wildlife and nature. Kruger National Park will allow you to view exceptional wildlife sightings as well as admire the scenery set beyond the park.
Upon your arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, you will be met by a Menzies Aviation representative who will guide you to your scheduled flight to Ngala Airstrip. Delight in an adventurous 3-night stay at Ngala Tented Camp.

Set yourself on a wondrous adventure, an interpretive nature walk through the National Park with a professional guide who will aid you in spotting wildlife between the African bushes such as lions and leopards – a great way to follow in the footsteps of the game. Then, cruise through the park on a safari vehicle as you pass herds of buffalo, zebras, elephants, rhinos and many more!
Head down to the riverbed with your ranger as you relax with a drink in hand and admire the view of the beautiful Timbavati riverbed. Spend your afternoons by the camp’s lap pool, dipping your tired feet into the refreshing waters after a long adventurous day. End your trip with a range of relaxing treatments offered at Ngala’s chic massage sala.

After you enjoy breakfast, you will be driven back to Ngala airstrip for your flight to O.R. Tambo International Airport in time for your onward travel arrangements.

The best time to visit Kruger National Park is at the beginning or end of the region’s dry season, which falls between April and September. During Kruger’s dry season, temperatures are mostly pleasant (with nighttime temps dipping into the high 40s and daytime temps occasionally reaching into the mid-80s).
