Chobe National Park

Begin your adventure in Chobe National Park, spread your wings as you explore the park on amazing safari activities. Enjoy a game drive conducted in a safari vehicle accompanied by a professional trained guide and spot lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos and zebras roaming around the park.

Located in the north of Botswana, Chobe National Park stretches over 11700 square km of land and is home to one of the largest concentrations of elephants on the African continent. There are no fences within the park, meaning that wildlife and game are able to roam freely. There will be nothing between you and the exciting interactions of nature. Watch elephants drink and bathe in the river with their families, view hippos out of water in the middle of the day, and observe the Puku and Chobe Bushbuck antelopes – which cannot be encountered anywhere else in Botswana.

Okavango Delta

End your adventure in Okavango Delta where the land blurs with water, immerse yourself in the water wonderland and explore the delta on exciting activities. Embark on the best game viewing within the delta, enjoy a game drive spotting leopards, sitatungas, lions, hyenas and any more.

Botswana’s magnificent Okavango Delta is situated within the boundaries of the Moremi Game Reserve and exists as the world’s largest inland delta, exhibiting a labyrinth of deep lagoons, large lakes and hidden, meandering channels. The Okavango Delta is a maze of lagoons, lakes and hidden channels covering an area of over 16,000 square km in flood and shrinking to less than 9,000 square km during the dry season. Trapped in the parched Kalahari sands, the fresh water oasis attracts a variety of wildlife that depends on the permanent waters of this unique wilderness.

Activity Highlights:

Game Drives

Game drives provide the opportunity to traverse the expansive delta in an open air 4×4 safari vehicle. Picturesque landscapes have more to offer than just the Big 5, with regular sightings of zebra, kudu, tsessebe, red lechwe, giraffe, and even the rare wild dogs and spotted hyenas that prowl the land in search of prey.

Mokoro Cruise

Set sail for the marine safari adventure of a lifetime as your private guide – experienced in the art of mokoro excursions – paddles you through tranquil delta channels in search of aquatic game and exotic bird species. There are few things more relaxing than calmly drifting through delta waters in a traditional style dug-out canoe, soaking in the atmosphere at the heart of the Okavango. Please note, mokoro excursions are water level dependent.

Boat Excursions

Traverse open waters in hard bottom aluminium boats as professionally licensed guides take you on a journey through the deeper channels of the Okavango Delta. Sightings are consistent throughout the delta channels as predator and prey alike converge on river waters to drink and feast on the reeds, ensuring a truly remarkable maritime safari experience. Boats are equipped with comfortable seats, a foldaway canvas roof and life jackets as standard.

Fishing

The Okavango Delta and its surrounding lakes and lagoons provide the quintessential arena to unwind while you cast a line. Little compares to the sensation of calmly drifting through delta waters, soaking in the atmosphere of the surrounding bushland. Delta’s channels provide an abundance of seasonal fish such as tilapia and spotted silver catfish. For a more intense fishing experience, test your hand against African pike – infamous fighters. Basic equipment is supplied, though avid fly-fishers are advised to bring their own equipment. Please note, catch and release fishing only.
