Kichwa is one of andBeyond’s many African camps, the realisation of their vision to pioneer a new way of travelling. No two travellers are the same and they’ve worked for over 30 years to deliver exceptional experiences for them all. Since their foundation in 1991, andBeyond has been tirelessly committed to leaving the world a better place, caring for the people, wildlife and land they encounter in their ventures of sustainable tourism.
The true highlight of Kichwa is its location. No matter when you visit you’ll be surrounding by bountiful wildlife and gorgeous scenery, however the camp is in an ideal spot to witness the Great Migration. Every year, starting around July, over a million wildebeest and zebra will cross over from the Serengeti plains in Tanzania and up into Kenya, where they’ll linger until early October.
Dates are flexible so please make an enquiry and tell us a range of dates you are considering so we can check availability.
