V.C Bird International Airport is a 42 minute drive from the property. Each bungalow is surrounded by mangroves and offers stunning views of the beach. It is also located on a private beach that stretches out across 15 miles, giving guests stunning views and incredible access to the Caribbean Sea.

Bungalows

Each guests is given their own private bungalow located on the sandy beach. Just steps away from the sand and Caribbean Sea, guests can also admire these stunning panoramic views from the comfort of their own private large balcony. Decorated with wooden furniture, the décor is rustic and in line with its natural surroundings. This allows guests to embrace this unique location without compromising their comforts.

Amenities include a coffee maker, minibar, room service and complimentary Wi-Fi. Other facilities include a sitting area, room service, air conditioning, toiletries and a shower in the bathroom. The Mangrove

The hotel’s main restaurant, The Mangrove, is situated on the first floor of the clubhouse where both breakfast and dinner is served to guests. Lunch is catered on the beach or wherever you desire. The menu is served a la carte and focuses on French cuisine with ingredients sourced locally. Fresh fish and seafood is also served here, all caught locally.

Frigate Bird Sanctuary

Frigate Bird Sanctuary is a bird watcher’s paradise located in the capital of Barbuda, Codrington. Accessible via a short boat trip with a knowledgeable tour guide, visitors cross the Codrington Lagoon or they can fly in by helicopter or plane. The short journey will allow visitors to witness over 170 species of birds in addition to over 5,000 Frigate birds that call this area their home.

Beaches and Nature

Barbuda Belle’s bungalows are situated on a stunning and deserted fifteen mile long beach, perfect to admire and spend time on during your stay. Antigua is also home to 365 beaches across the island itself, meaning that when visiting, guests are never far from a beach. This gives them an abundance of spots to explore.

Hiking and Caves

History lovers and nature lovers will enjoy a visit to The Caves at Two Foot Bay. Virtually untouched by humans, guests can hike across the caves and walk up the cave to the top, exposing themselves to the breath taking views on offer. This spot is not far from a beach so after a day of hiking visitors can unwind with a view of the Caribbean Sea. There is also Darby’s Cave in Barbuda. This is the largest cave on the island at 70 feet deep. It has an interior ecosystem that supports 50 foot palms and an abundance of creatures such as birds, bats and frogs.

Island Escape Ferry Barbuda

This is a service that offers high speed luxury ferry services to and from the island of Barbuda. They are a marine transportation company but also offer a number of tours in Barbuda itself, perfect for the keen explorer looking to learn about the area they are visiting.

Art café

The Art Café is located about a mile outside of Codrington Village. It is a small café and also a craft shop where guests can both enjoy freshly ground coffee and admire art as they do so. There are also cocktails and home-made ice cold drinks available as well as occasional happy hours on Fridays. The owner, Claire, cooks local food with fresh ingredients and can all be booked in advance should you wish to dine.

Food Sustainability

Food served at the hotel’s restaurant is sourced locally on the island. This ensures that the hotel can track the entire supply chain as well as ensure that its guests are being provided with the highest quality of ingredients in their meals. Seafood and fish is also sourced locally, reducing the air miles associated with food transportation and also reduces plastic packaging since food is bought as fresh as possible.
