Located on the white sandy beach there are 33 sunset beach bungalows, each with a magnificent view of the picture-perfect lagoon to admire. A modest yet comfortable bungalow, palm trees sway around you as you laze in your sunbed. The bungalows are spacious and airy and each have private sun loungers as well as a minibar. The bungalow comfortably sleeps 2 people but an additional bed can be made available upon request. Other features include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a HD flat-screen TV, bathroom amenities and they are just steps away from the sand and sea.

The island resort is home to 41 sunrise beach bungalows each with open ocean views to admire. These spacious bungalows feature sunbeds surrounded by palm trees where guests can listen to the waves in complete comfort. The sunrise view is the perfect way to wake up each morning at Innahura. Each bungalow has air-conditioning, a HD flat-screen TV and a minibar as well as double beds for complete comfort for nights spent in. The sunrise beach bungalow can comfortable sleep 4 people and Wi-Fi is also included.

The inter-connecting beach bungalows are perfect for friends and families who are travelling together. A total of 4 adjacent bungalows make up this spot and can be connected should guests request to do so. Each room can comfortable sleep 4 people and has its own double bed. Features in each bungalow include high speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a HD flat-screen TV and a minibar for evenings spent in your humble abode.

With each room interconnecting, the family and group can stay close whilst each having their own space and privacy. Bathroom amenities are also provided.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner Dhoni Restaurant offers guests a buffet setup with diverse meals and cuisine that is international, regional and local. Live cooking stations means guests can watch as their food is prepared before them and with oven-baked pizzas, the spot is lively and full of flair. It makes the restaurant the central dining venue of the resort.

Sand Bar offers guests a wide beverage menu and snack menu to try in-between the island fun. The bar serves all-inclusive drinks such as draught beers, tea, coffee, house wines, juices and soft drinks. Cocktails and mocktails are also included in the all-inclusive section and premium cocktails are available to purchase for those wanting to try more of the menu. Soups, salads, seafood and pasta make up the snacks menu for those looking for a light bite as they laze by the pool or on the sand.

Innahura Island Resort offers guests a variety of beach dinners for those looking for more privacy with a view, be it for a romantic dinner or family get together. Romantic dinners under the starry sky can be arranged for a couple and beach dinners can be arranged for family time.

Beach BBQs can also be arranged by the team for a relaxed night on the beach with fresh produce straight from the grill. These dining experiences can be arranged through pre-booking and can be planned as a surprise through the team.

Excursions at the island resort make for fun exploring whether you are travelling with family or on a romantic getaway. Sailing and fishing will allow guests to explore the clear oceans and sailing can lead to exploring local islands along the way. Sunset cruises are a perfect romantic option for a couple as is a sandbank picnic in complete privacy on a desolate island.

With eco-friendly Healing Earth products being used, the island resort’s Duniye Spa provides treatments that are both private and relaxing. Views of the beach and blue lagoon can be seen from the treatment rooms and make for the perfect spot to have a massage, facial treatment or even a couple’s spa day with treatments made for two.

Over 99% of the Maldives is made up of water and coral reefs so staying at the resort makes for the perfect opportunity to witness the marine life that lives below these waters. Both beginners and experts are welcome as there are options for those of every level with the help of the island resort’s very own dive team. Expand your knowledge and swim alongside sea turtles, sharks and manta rays.

Snorkelling can be assisted by Prodivers that aim to get beginners comfortable in the water and it allows guests to see the bright coral that makes the Maldives so full of marine life.

Alongside diving and snorkelling there are a variety of water sports for those looking to burn off their energy at the island resort. Windsurfing, kiteboarding, catamaran sailing, kayaking and stand up paddling are all on offer and with year round temperatures that range between 27-30 degrees Celsius it’ll be a hot fun-filled day of exploring.

The resort has facilities available to guests on land such as a state of the art gym for those wanting to keep their fitness in check whilst away. Guests can also rent bikes to go exploring across the island and other activities the resort has on offer include beach volleyball, badminton, and a football pitch for guests to use.

Throughout the week Innahura Island Resort has weekly entertainment. Live music plays on the deck at the Sand Bar and guests can enjoy a cinema under the stars experience later on at night. The island also hosts cocktail gatherings, DJ nights and Maldivian Cultural shows for guests to learn more about the island history. Ocean discovery allows guests to educate themselves on the Atoll and group escapes allow guests to discover these waters in person such as on fishing trips.

Initiatives and schemes are organised annually and sponsors week-long filed trips for dozens of school children from neighbouring islands and the capital city Male. The aim is to increase awareness around local social and environmental issues and the unique geology of the Maldives.

The resort’s owner Crown and Champa Resorts knows that biodiversity boosts the ecosystem’s productivity and each species has an integral role to play. The resort therefore buys sustainably harvested seafood that was sourced locally to also reduce air miles and eliminate the need for plastic packaging associated with imported food. The priority is to always source locally with all of Crown and Champa Resorts’ locations.

Crown and Champa Resorts believes that the local community should receive appropriate consideration and support and aids this endeavour by employing locals and purchasing local products for the hotel resort as a priority. The resort also supports community education that develops skills of the locals to improve their chances of employability.

A desalination plant is installed on-site at the resort to reduce water waste. An on-site water bottling plant also allows the island to minimise the use of single-use plastics in the resort and provides guests with reusable glass bottles in each of their rooms, all filled on site.

Innahura Island Resort cooperates with the Manta Trust to help keep the manta ray species safe. By coordinating global research and conservation efforts the foundation is able to look after their natural environment and educate people on these marvellous creatures.

The Olive Ridley Project is supported by Innahura Island Resort and works to remove ghost nets from the ocean due to the threat they pose to sea turtles. The project also allows turtles to be rescued and rehabilitated when injured and reduces marine debris from their natural environment.

Turtle Reef, a dive site just off Innahura Island Resort is home to 48 Hawksbill Sea Turtles that have been spotted in a single dive and thanks to partnership with The Olive Ridley Project they can continue to keep them safe.

Innahura Island Resort works with Travelife to improve sustainability in the travel industry. Travelife was designed by the travel industry as an affordable and fair system to help hotels improve upon their efforts of eco-friendly practices.

The installation of solar panels across the resort takes advantage of the naturally hot climate, harnessing energy from the sun to power parts of the hotel. This has translated to a massive reduction in carbon emissions.

Bathroom amenities that are provided to guests at the hotel are made by Healing Earth, a sustainable company whose products do not harm the natural waters that surround the island. The products are also dispensed in glass containers opposed to a single-use plastic.
