Located in the Lhaviyani Atoll, the island can be reached by a scenic seaplane journey from Velena International Airport and the journey is just 40 minutes. Once guests have landed at the airport they make their way to Crown and Champa Resorts Airport Counter where a member of staff can point out the direction of the seaplane check-in counter that will take them to the island resort.

The bungalow comfortably sleeps 2 people but an additional bed can be made available upon request. The island resort is home to 41 sunrise beach bungalows each with open ocean views to admire. These spacious bungalows feature sunbeds surrounded by palm trees where guests can listen to the waves in complete comfort. The sunrise view is the perfect way to wake up each morning at Innahura. Each bungalow has air-conditioning, a HD flat-screen TV and a minibar as well as double beds for complete comfort for nights spent in. The sunrise beach bungalow can comfortable sleep 4 people and Wi-Fi is also included.
The inter-connecting beach bungalows are perfect for friends and families who are travelling together. A total of 4 adjacent bungalows make up this spot and can be connected should guests request to do so. Each room can comfortable sleep 4 people and has its own double bed. Features in each bungalow include high speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a HD flat-screen TV and a minibar for evenings spent in your humble abode.

Initiatives and schemes are organised annually and sponsors week-long filed trips for dozens of school children from neighbouring islands and the capital city Male. The aim is to increase awareness around local social and environmental issues and the unique geology of the Maldives.
The resort’s owner Crown and Champa Resorts knows that biodiversity boosts the ecosystem’s productivity and each species has an integral role to play. The resort therefore buys sustainably harvested seafood that was sourced locally to also reduce air miles and eliminate the need for plastic packaging associated with imported food. The priority is to always source locally with all of Crown and Champa Resorts’ locations.
Crown and Champa Resorts believes that the local community should receive appropriate consideration and support and aids this endeavour by employing locals and purchasing local products for the hotel resort as a priority. The resort also supports community education that develops skills of the locals to improve their chances of employability.
A desalination plant is installed on-site at the resort to reduce water waste. An on-site water bottling plant also allows the island to minimise the use of single-use plastics in the resort and provides guests with reusable glass bottles in each of their rooms, all filled on site.
Innahura Island Resort cooperates with the Manta Trust to help keep the manta ray species safe. By coordinating global research and conservation efforts the foundation is able to look after their natural environment and educate people on these marvellous creatures.
The Olive Ridley Project is supported by Innahura Island Resort and works to remove ghost nets from the ocean due to the threat they pose to sea turtles. The project also allows turtles to be rescued and rehabilitated when injured and reduces marine debris from their natural environment.
Turtle Reef, a dive site just off Innahura Island Resort is home to 48 Hawksbill Sea Turtles that have been spotted in a single dive and thanks to partnership with The Olive Ridley Project they can continue to keep them safe.
Innahura Island Resort works with Travelife to improve sustainability in the travel industry. Travelife was designed by the travel industry as an affordable and fair system to help hotels improve upon their efforts of eco-friendly practices.
The installation of solar panels across the resort takes advantage of the naturally hot climate, harnessing energy from the sun to power parts of the hotel. This has translated to a massive reduction in carbon emissions.
Bathroom amenities that are provided to guests at the hotel are made by Healing Earth, a sustainable company whose products do not harm the natural waters that surround the island. The products are also dispensed in glass containers opposed to a single-use plastic.
