Upon arrival at Maun International Airport, you will make your way to the arrivals hall where you will be welcomed by an andBeyond representative. You will board a scheduled charter flight to Tsigaro Airstrip located in the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. Upon arrival at Tsigaro, a game drive transfer will be waiting to take you to Jack’s Camp. Explore the Makgadikgadi Pans during your 3-night stay in a comforting stylish tent.

Jack’s Camp is surrounded by the vast and immaculate landscape of Makgadikgadi Pans National Park. The camp resembles a traditional East Africa 1940s safari camp. The camp offers relaxing activities and amazing views of the pan from your veranda.

Spend time walking and interacting with a group of Zu/’hoasi Bushmen as you gain insight into their ancient culture. After having a full day of adventure head back to the camp and relax on your private veranda that overlooks the Makgadikgadi Pans while you dabble your feet in the sparkling plunge pool.

: You can visit Makgadikgadi Pans all year round, however, the best time to experience the Kalahari and Makgadikgadi Pans of Botswana is between November and April, this is when the landscape transforms into lush greenery and thousands of animals head to the pans from the south to enjoy abundant grazing on the grassy plains.

You can enjoy a quad biking experience during the dry season of May to October, while you spot wildlife such as meerkats, springbok, hyena, wildcat, ostriches and more. The choice is up to you.
