01 x Colibrí Suite (105m²)
Traditional Argentinean recipes and a unique culinary experience with beef, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables and aromatic herbs all cultivated on or nearby the farm. Dried meats, cheeses, bread and dairy products are all fresh from the Estancia Don André. Exclusive selection of Argentina’s best wines.
Alternatively, guests can eat outdoors in a cosy sheltered setting, with views of the strolling fields and the hotels polo grounds. You can also arrange to eat lunch along the banks of the stunning Santa Clarita river, which surrounds the property, or in the vegetable garden with your own fresh picked ingredients.
Elected ‘’best Argentinean asado’’ by the magazine Lugares, enjoy a unique experience at the table to share this exceptional moment. Throughout the evening, 12 types of meat are cooked on the embers of our parrilla. They are accompanied by salads from the farm and all of this is enhanced with a typically French touch: the Savoyard gratin.
