There are just nine rooms at the property; four standard double en-suite rooms, three standard twin en-suite rooms, one standard triple en-suite room and one standard family En-suite room. Each room is equipped with satellite television, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an in-room safe, a coffee station and a telephone. The property also offers each guest with a laundry service upon request as well as an on-site manager and hosts to ensure that the stay is as comfortable as possible. For those wanting to see and learn about the local culture, guests can visit galleries and well-curated museums such as the Diamond Museum, the State Museum and the National Gallery. The Diamond Museum has the biggest display of semi-precious stones as well as jewellery whilst the National Museum of Namibia allows guests to observe the wonderful history of the region as well as its many struggles over the years. The state-owned National Art Gallery displays permanent exhibitions of Namibian, African and European art, allowing guests to delve into the history of the region through its art.
The property is just a 30 minute drive from Daan Viljoen Game Reserve. This nature reserve is ideal for day visits and offers immense tranquillity in the heart of the bush. Guests will be able to spot mammals such as springbok, kudu, zebras, leopards and blue wildebeest.

Children and families are welcome at the property and can be accommodated in either the family or triple room, or older children in a standard luxury room. There are no childcare services on site, however, so parents must keep watch of their children.
