The Refugio Ecológico Caiman, as a former cattle ranch, is set in a unique, remote location. The property itself makes up a 53 thousand hectare plot in the town of Miranda, in the Pantanal Sul-Mato-grossense.

The property, originally a cattle ranch founded in 1910, is comprised of two guesthouses, Cordilheira and Baiazinha. The hotel welcomes guests through its warm, contemporary decor, which sustains the old charm of the Pantanal style.
