Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp

Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp is located in the dense and biodiverse Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. 10 luxury safari tents offer all creature comforts whilst being environmentally conscious and ecologically respectful. Rooms are surrounded by forest, filled with natural light and decorated in earth tones, with private verandas perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in nature. Guests can dine in the dining cottage, with outstanding views of the rainforest guests will never leave dinner disappointed – with the food or with the view. The main activity on offer at Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Lodge is gorilla tracking, hike to a habituated family of gorillas and spend some time marvelling at their friendliness, beauty and power. After tracking gorillas the rest of the forest is waiting to be explored, and guests can go on a variety of hikes which lead to prime bird watching areas and the surrounding local communities. Mount Gahinga Lodge

Nestled in amongst a diverse rainforest, Mount Gahinga Lodge sits just on the edge of the stunning Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Guests can stay in unique and authentic African inspired bandas, with touches of modern-day luxuries. The bandas are comfortable, and spacious – full of bright African light and natural features. A wealth of activities are available from the lodge, with exploration of the stunning surroundings starting right on the doorstep. Hikes can take you through the luscious rainforest and up the three peaks of Mt. Gahinga, Mt. Muhavura or Mt. Sabyinyo. Tucked away amongst the tall trees that crown the hillside overlooking the Eastern Marania Valley, rests Lewa Wilderness – a picturesque safari lodge where guests can enjoy the incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes within the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
