Three Rivers Camp

Three Rivers Camp is solar powered camp that gracefully resides under a canopy of mature sausage trees. The luxury tents face open plains around either the impressive Luangwa River or spectacular game-rich lagoons. The area is teeming with wildlife including big herds of elephant and buffalo, giraffe, antelope, wild dog and much more. Kafunta River Lodge

Kafunta River Lodge is a classic Zambian safari lodge, combining all the essentials for a great safari, located on the floodplains of the Luangwa River, away from the busier area near the park’s Mfuwe gate. During the peak season the lodge accesses the national park via its own pontoon. The lodge was fully renovated in 2019 and offers a relaxed atmosphere with great attention to detail. Made up of just ten charming chalets, the lodge also boasts a spacious bar and dining area at the heart of the retreat – where delicious cuisine is utterly enjoyed. Built around a semi-evergreen wild mango tree, the chalets and main lodge are thatched in the traditional style, all offering superb panoramic views over the Luangwa River and the South Luangwa National Park. Adjacent to the bar is a refreshing infinity pool and the only natural hot spring tub in the Luangwa Valley.

Mpala Jena Camp

Mpala Jena Camp lies within a private concession in Zambezi National Park. Mpala Jena means ‘White Impala’ and according to the local National Park rangers, at the time when the Zambezi National Park was separated from the Victoria Falls National Park and declared a National Park in its own right in 1979, there had been regular sightings of a white albino impala along the river in this area. The Zambezi National Park and Victoria Falls National Park over a total of 56,000 hectares and are home to a number of wildlife species including huge concentrations of buffalo and elephants, as well as antelopes, elands, zebras, giraffes, kudus, waterbucks, lions and leopards. Mpala Jena Camp overlooks the stunning Zambezi River, with three guest tents and two family tents positioned along its shore, under the shade of the riverine trees. The camp has easy access to Victoria Falls but enjoys a tranquil and secluded setting away from the vibrant town, offering a peaceful and private safari experience.

Matetsi Victoria Falls

Offering a unique and authentic safari experience on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River, Matetsi Victoria Falls combines modern and contemporary architecture with luxurious interiors and sweeping views. Kapamba Bushcamp

Set on the banks of the shallow, spring-fed eponymous river, Kapamba is surrounded by some of Africa’s richest wildlife. Kapamba Bushcamp’s four stone chalets each showcase a wall that consists of a spider-web design of metal latticework, giving guests amazing views of the Kapamba River. Guests can watch the frequent wild visitors of the river from the multi-level main deck, or from the ease of their own private verandas or pool-size bathtubs. Watching an elephant bathe in the river can be quite an experience when you’re lounging in your own private plunge pool. Sundowners in the river and bush dinners are both popular additions to the itinerary for Kapamba stays. The Elephant Camp

The Elephant Camp rests within a private concession, offering stunning views of the rainbow spray from Victoria Falls from its location between the Masuwe River and the Zambezi gorges. The main deck overlooks the cavernous Batoka Gorge, with the ‘Smoke That Thunders’ resting lightly on the horizon.

Lion Camp

Lion Camp is an intimate, privately owned safari lodge in one of the best safari locations in Zambia – South Luangwa National Park. It is built on the edge of an oxbow lagoon which attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Game viewing in and around camp is spectacular with lions, leopards, wild dogs, large herds of elephant and buffalo. The camp sees the highest concentration of hippo in Africa, incredible bird viewing, and plentiful sightings of the unique Thornicroft’s Giraffe, Cookson’s Wildebeest and Crawshay’s Zebra.
