Subtropical rainforests and spectacular waterfalls in Iguazu, the immense Perito Moreno Glacier, the sparkling lakes and rolling green hills of the Lake District, salt flats and cloud forest jungle near Salta, whales basking in the bay at Peninsula Valdes, and of course the miles of gaucho (cowboy) filled Estancia country for which Argentina is so famous. The combination of all this natural beauty, together with one of the most buzzing and cosmopolitan capitals in South America, delightful colonial towns, a luxurious wine region and a population of friendly and welcoming people you really can’t go wrong with a trip to Argentina. Buenos Aires
You will begin your trip in the vibrant capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires, dubbed the ‘Paris of the South’. Spend your days taking in plenty of history, beautiful architecture and green spaces. Buenos Aires is a thriving, colourful, and bustling city. A blend of old-meets-new architecture, with colonial style and vibrant baroque buildings sat next to contemporary skyscrapers. A chequered history of occupation and independence has created a city with interesting and enlightening museums, as well as art galleries, independent cafes and restaurants, theatres, and a renowned nightlife.
El Calafate/Los Glaciares National Park
You then fly south to El Calafate on the edge of the stunning Los Glaciares National Park and spend time at the incredible Perito Moreno Glacier. Los Glaciares National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its outstanding natural beauty and national importance. The park is a beautiful mixture of jagged mountains, towering glaciers, and turquoise lakes. Huge blue icebergs floating on the milky waters, deep cracking sounds reverberate through the mountains as huge pieces of ice fall into the lake. One of the main glaciers, the Perito Moreno Glacier, will leave you breathless. El Calafate is a small city on the edge of the Los Glaciares National Park, with its own glaciers, gastronomy, climate, and landscape which has made it a key point of Argentine Patagonia in its own right.
Lake District
It is then on a plane to the Lake district, to enjoy inky lakes, emerald forests and snow-capped mountains. Argentina’s Lake District is located on the northwestern edge of Argentine Patagonia. Jagged snow-capped mountains rise on all sides, with areas of dense forest, rolling foothills, and large azure lakes making up the landscape. Bariloche is often described as having a picture-perfect postcard location, and is one of the principal towns in the Lake District. The nature here is as wild and raw as the weather, and the variety of landscapes make it the perfect destination for keen hikers.
You will conclude the trip at the outskirts of Buenos Aires in an Estancia, where you will just relax and partake in some ranch and farm related activities.

Wine & Cheese tasting in Palacio Duhau
The experience starts at 8pm and depending on your preference will include two, three or four different types of wine, which are accompanied by four different types of cheese. There are 400 labels with more than 7,000 bottles, including Malbec wines, offering 100 different references. This wine tasting has a great social atmosphere and lasts for approximately an hour.
Half day city tour of Buenos Aires
During your second day in Buenos Aires you will have a full day, private service with English speaking guide. This 4-hours tour will help you to quickly get your bearings, hitting on all the highlights. Your expert guide will adapt the tour to your personal interests and if you wish help point the direction of your own explorations.
7 steps dinner & Wine tasting at Casa Coupage
In the evening you will experience a shared experience in Casa Coupage. This is a unique place in the heart of Palermo where you can discover & interpret wine paired with delicious regional food created by the in-house chef.
Transfers included for the dinner experience and it lasts approximately 4 hours.
Tango Lesson at Carlos Copello Tango Academy
In Day 3 you will have the morning at leisure to ensure you are prepared for the next tour: a private tango lesson for 1 hour with the recogniced tango dancer Carlos Copello. Transfers for the class included.
Dinner & Tango show at Rojo Tango
In the evening you will be enjoying a dinner with tango show at Rojo Tango with private transfers included. It lasts approximately 4 hours ending around midnight.
You will be met at your hotel by your private driver and taken to the airport for your internal flight to El Calafate.
Upon Arrival you will be met and taken by shared transfer to your hotel for the next 3 nights.
The town of El Calafate is the starting point for a visit to Los Glaciares national park. Of all the impressive landscapes of our country, this is the one you will remember most. Huge blue icebergs floating on the milky turquoise waters, cracking sounds of huge ice pieces falling in the lake and the Immense Perito Moreno Glacier (UNESCO World Heritage Site) will leave you breathless.
Full day Minitrekking at Perito Moreno Glacier
At Day 5 you will be picked up from your hotel (private transfer) to strike out to the mighty Perito Moreno Glacier. The journey is almost 80 km’s but you will stop at regular intervals for fabulous photo opportunities. When you reach “Bajo de las Sombras” (Under the Shadows) Port, you will take to the icy waters to continue your journey on a short (20 minute) boat trip crossing the “Brazo Rico” part of the Argentino Lake, floating past broken icebergs surrounded by breath-taking scenery. On the opposite shore, your mountain guides will be waiting for you to take you to the Glacier, you will start with a charming walk through the forest and along the picturesque “beach” as your expert guide points out the different species endemic to the icy landscape. After a quick guide to walking on the ice you will don crampons over your shoes and embark on your trek across the Glacier itself!
You will have Day 6 to relax or to enjoy one of the activities the lodge has to offer.

Upon Arrival you will be met and taken by private transfer to your hotel for the next 3 nights.
Bariloche is the main access to the Lakes District. Scattered along the shores of sparkling Lago Nahuel Huapi and in the heart of a national park, it is surrounded by some of the most charming landscapes in Argentina; inky lakes, emerald forests and snow-capped mountains. It offers a wealth of outdoor activities year round with excellent skiing opportunities in winter.
Hops & Beer experience
During your first day in Bariloche you will have this private tour with English-speaking guide. An ideal sightseeing tour of a duration of 6 hours to discover the most beautiful natural areas around Bariloche and to learn all about the local brewery industry. During the tour, reach the top of Campanario Hill for the best Andes and lakes views, taste premium craft beer at Patagonia Brewery, enjoy a brewery tour at Gilbert, talk with experts brewmasters and delight a typical brewery lunch.
Full day Discovery Active (kayaking & hiking)
In Day 8 you will enjoy this private excursion with English-speaking guide. This tour offers you a great outdoor experience in Northern Patagonia & Lake District. Paddle the pristine waters of Nahuel Huapi & Moreno Lake, enjoy a sophisticated picnic lunch with premium wines by the lake in a secluded bay, and explore on foot “Miradores del Brazo Tristeza”, with breath-taking views of Mount Tronador, the lake & the Andean landscape.
This tour includes: Gourmet lunch and it lasts approximately 6 hours.
Full day Condors & Nature
During Day 9 you will experience a private excursion with English-speaking guide focused on nature.
Experience an unforgettable birdwatching adventure visiting “Estancia El Desafio” accompanied by an expert ornithologist. In this unique place, countless condors roost every day. During the day you will be able to approach the rocks having different opportunities to watch the majesty of Condors in their habitat and learn about their lives. A delicious outdoor lunch will complete this day, in a setting surrounded by wild nature.

Full day Seven Lakes excursion
You will start the Day 10 early to enjoy this private excursion with English-speaking guide.
Discover the iconic Seven Lakes Road in a memorable journey, with scenic drives and impressive vistas of the Andes range. Accompanied by a local expert, enjoy easy walks and natural lookouts, delight local flavors in an exclusive gourmet picnic lunch, and explore the best of Villa la Angostura and San Martin de los Andes.
This tour includes gourmet picnic lunch and lasts approximately 10 hours.
The tour will leave you at your next hotel in Villa La Angostura.
Villa La Angostura lies on the north-west shore of Lago Nahuel Huapi about 80 km away from her bigger more bustling sister city of Bariloche. This relaxed and pretty town is a great base for excursions into the incredibly diverse Parque Nacional Los Arrayanes – a small península that protrudes 12 kms into the lake. With a pretty residential area, cute places to stay in and fabulous walking and lake cruising opportunities she also marks the start of the breath-taking drive along the Route of the Seven Lakes.
Day 11 will be at leisure at you hotel.
You will be met at your hotel by your private driver and taken to the airport for your internal flight to Buenos Aires.
Upon Arrival you will be met and taken by helicopter to your Estancia for the next 2 nights.
Buenos Aires Helitour

The Pampas
In the outskirts of Gran Buenos Aires, there are many Estancias, extensive ranches with farmed and cattle land with traditional houses. Most of these Estancias are attended by their owners, who show guests a taste of real traditional Argentine life.
Many Estancias offer horse riding, some polo, while others allow participation in activities related to cattle and farming. All of them will surprise you with a delicious and authentic “asado” (barbecue). Estancias can be visited on a day trip or for a couple of nights stay from the entire region and can be visited on a full day excursion.
Day 13 will be at leisure to enjoy the experiences provided by the Estancia you are staying.
You will be met at your hotel by your private driver and taken to the airport for your internal flight to Mendoza.
Upon Arrival you will be met and taken by private transfer to your hotel for the next 3 nights.
The area of Mendoza used to be a desert, but the hands of hard working immigrants and the blessing of water and climate have turned it into a green fertile land. The city of Mendoza is both the capital of -and gateway to- this region, which offers optimum conditions for grape cultivation and wine production. In this area the finest Argentine wines are produced, and many vineyards can be visited to enjoy a wine tasting! The Andes mountain range and the highest peak in the Americas (Mount Aconcagua 6,954m) can be seen from the entire region and can be visited on a full day excursion.
These are days at leisure to enjoy the experiences provided by the Lodge you are staying.
At Day 16 you will be picked up to be transferred to the airport and fly to Buenos Aires to connect with your flight back home.

Wine & Cheese tasting in Palacio Duhau
The tasting is located on the ground floor of the palace, and La Vinoteca is a private space. The wines served are accompanied by a variety of specially selected cheeses from the ‘Cheese Room’ and served by our maître fromager. The cheeses can be enjoyed with a selection of nuts, breads, home-made jams and Iberian ‘Pata Negra’ ham cured for 14 months specially for the hotel.
The sommelier will make suggestions on the best marriage of cheese and wine.
Half day city tour of Buenos Aires
Your private guide will meet you at your hotel from where you will begin your city explorations. This tour will see you braving the widest avenue in the world Avenida 9 de Julio, being wowed by the beauty of the famous Teatro Colon Opera House and pottering round the Plaza de Mayo with its iconic pink government house Casa Rosada. History buffs will adore the La Boca & San Telmo barrios, the history-soaked Italian-immigrant districts where the city was born. The tour continues through the modern area of Puerto Madero, the superbly regenerated docklands now buzzing with beautiful people, top-notch restaurants and classy cafes. The grand finale takes you to the Recoleta neighborhood with its vast cemetery where the great and the good of the country are buried, and finally to trendy, park filled Palermo.
7 steps dinner & Wine tasting at Casa Coupage
You are welcomed to the House for a blind wine tasting. After breaking the ice with informal presentations in the central yard or watching the works of art which are exhibited in the living-room, you will move on to the principal room to start the activity. The participants will be able to draw their own conclusions about the marriages between 3 wines & delicious culinary meals, according to their own palate.

Dinner & Tango show at Rojo Tango
Conceived by the brilliant designer Philippe Starck, Rojo Tango recreates a French Cabaret from the beginning of the 20th century. It offers an intimate, cozy and exclusive ambience for almost 100 people. Rojo Tango is the only place that provides VIP treatment to the attendees to a Tango show in Buenos Aires. With its excellent location, its magical surroundings, its special gastronomic offer and a show that amazes due to its superb performances, production, costumes and dynamism, Rojo Tango has earned a very special place in the history of tango. Precision & dynamic: the show covers the history of tango from 1920s up to Piazzolla with a touch of modernity. A very dynamic and lively show that surrounds the audience in a very special atmosphere. It consists of an orchestra made up of five musicians (Violin, Piano, Double bass and two bandoneones), two singers (male and female) and six couples of dancers.
Full day Minitrekking at Perito Moreno Glacier
IMPORTANT: Minitrekking is only available for people under 65 years. It is necessary to take a lunch box, sports or trekking shoes, warm clothes and sunscreen.
Due to the difficulty of this excursion pregnant people, people with overweight, people with cardiovascular or other physical restrictions are not allowed to participate.
The tour includes: Entrance fee to the National Park.
It does not include: Lunch, you need to bring your lunch box as there are no dining options on the ice!
