Located in the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, Fairmont Mara Safari Club is a five star accommodation known for its exceptional views of the annual great wildebeest migration. The great wildebeest migration is an experience that you do not want to miss. Not only will it leave you amazed and in awe, you will get the chance to witness over 2 million animals, such wildebeests, burchell’s zebras, antelopes and many more journey over from Serengeti in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara in Kenya. The journey these animals embark on is not easy, it’s a fight for survival against the predatory animals they come across. They also need to hunt for food to keep themselves strong and healthy in order to have successful births and keep the annual migration alive for future generations.
Fairmont Mara Safari Club offers some exceptional game drive adventures, where you can participate in searching for the big five (lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffalo), alongside many other animals. Explore the reserve with qualified guides on a walking safari and visit the hippos lounging around the Mara River, don’t forget to discover the myriad of bird species that live in the trees and the surrounding areas.
Make sure you take the opportunity to converse with the local Maasai villagers and learn all about their culture, history and lifestyle. Guests are welcome to enjoy a champagne breakfast on the savannah, with extraordinary scenic views of the sunrise and the awakening calls of the wildlife.
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by an andBeyond member and be transferred by road to Wilson Airport in time for your scheduled charter flight to Maasai Mara Airstrip. Delight in your 3 night stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club in a Deluxe Riverfront Tent with ensuite bathroom. Your stay is all inclusive and includes two game drives per day along with the chance to experience the great wildebeest migration.

Day 1
Once you have finished breakfast, guests have the choice of three different adventures they can choose from. One such adventure includes spending the day witnessing the great wildebeest migration, an astonishing experience where you get the chance to see a vast amount of animals, such as wildebeests, zebras, antelopes and many more journey over from Serengeti in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara in Kenya.
After a day of action packed adventures you can spend your evening relaxing at camp or for an additional cost you can take a hot air balloon ride around the Maasai Mara.
Day 2
Once you have indulged at breakfast start your day early on a thrilling game drive led by highly professional guides and drivers who will take you on a journey around the reserve encountering an abundance of wildlife residents from lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants to buffalos, gazelles, zebras and even giraffes. If guests are really lucky they may even see the predatory animals hunting for their breakfast.
Day 3
After breakfast why not spend the day on a tranquil walking safaris led by highly qualified guides with exceptional knowledge and fun secrets about the Maasai Mara. You will also get the chance to discover over 200 different bird species, whilst on your journey as you explore the wilderness and wildlife that surrounds the area.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Maasai Mara Airstrip in time for your flight to Wilson Airport. A member from our andBeyond team will collect you from Wilson Airport and drive you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your onward arrangements.
