Sibuya River Camp

A fascinating 11km boat-ride up the Estuary from the seaside village of Kenton-on-Sea brings you to the jetty at River Camp. Only four spacious luxury en-suite tents skilfully hidden in the riverine forest maximize privacy for each tent and ensure an exclusive and personalised experience. Every tent has its own cosy fireplace to ensure a snuggly warm environment on chillier nights. Professional and passionate staff ensure a time to be spoilt and make memories to treasure. The Camp recommended for families with children visiting Sibuya. These enormous 75 m2 tents with sleeper couches that convert to two single beds for children sharing, ensure plenty of space for the whole family.

Sanbona Explorer Camp

Sanbona Explorer Camp offers a unique opportunity for guests to fully immerse themselves in the raw wilderness of the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve. With only three mobile tents exclusiveness is guaranteed, and being located in the middle of the vast plains will make guests feel as if they’re in the heart of nature. Spend your days exploring the reserve on foot for an added sense of immersion, and marvel at the untouched and pristine beauty of this corner of Little Karoo. Return to the mobile camp for a relaxing swing in the hammock underneath the trees before enjoying a delicious dinner and refreshing drink around the fire where you can remain for some after-dinner stargazing.

Sanbona Dwyka Tented Lodge

At the foot of the Warmwaterberg Mountains in the Little Karoo plateau, Sanbona Dwyka Tented Lodge is secluded, and surrounded by the raw wildness of South Africa. With mountains rising on either side of the lodge guests are surrounded by immersive nature and once-in-a-lifetime views. Each tent is modern and comfortable, and comes complete with a private deck and jacuzzi, perfect for romantic nights spent gazing at the wide starry skies. Guests can spend their days exploring the wilderness, spotting rare riverine animals or wondering at ancient San Bushmen rock art. Garonga Safari Camp

Exclusive, luxurious, and comfortable, Garonga Safari Camp is located in the pristine Makalali Private Game Reserve. With only 6 safari tents the lodge feels private even when at full capacity. The tents are traditional-style safari tents with touches of modern elegance and comfort, including en-suite bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a private decking complete with a hammock. Finish your days by eating delicious meals which have been cooked over a fire and made with fresh, local ingredients, and enjoying a drink on the viewing deck where you can gaze over the endless horizons or up at the wide starry sky.

Kazile Island Lodge

Kazile Island Lodge is a beautiful and elegant place to stay found on a private island on the Kwando River, in the heart of KAZA. Kazile is one of only two accommodations situated within the Bwabwata National Park itself, along with its sister lodge Nambwa. The Lodge is home to no fewer than thirteen Meru tents hidden away in the bountiful Mangosteen forest. The tents offer incredible views of both the Kwando River and the extensive floodplains between the island and the infamous Horseshoe Bend. Sitatunga, an elusive aquatic antelope, can be spotted on the floodplains and marshes, providing guests with a rare opportnity to see these animals. This incredible corner of Namibia is hard not to fall in love with, with amazing sunrises over the trees and wildlife traversing every corner.

Nambwa Tented Lodge

The magnificent Nambwa Tented Lodge is situated within the heart of KAZA and is the only lodge that can be found inside the Bwabwata National Park. The lodge offers ten beautiful tents that are hidden away high up in the majestic Jackalberry, Sausage and Knobthorn trees. Respecting the elephants’ natural right of way through this area, the lodge is built with luxurious comfort in mind above the African landscape. As the sun goes down, guests get to uniquely experience the spectacle of Africa’s night-time wildlife as it unfolds down below.
