Your adventure will commence in the beautiful Jack’s Camp, where you will have amazing activities to enjoy such as quad biking across the lunar expanse of pans. Upon arrival at Maun International Airport, you will make your way to the arrivals hall where you will be welcomed by an andBeyond representative. You will board a scheduled charter flight to Tsigaro Airstrip located in the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. Upon arrival at Tsigaro, a game drive transfer will be waiting to take you to Jack’s Camp. Explore the Makgadikgadi Pans during your 3-night stay in a comforting stylish tent.
Jack’s Camp is surrounded by the vast and immaculate landscape of Makgadikgadi Pans National Park. The camp resembles a traditional East Africa 1940s safari camp. The camp offers relaxing activities and amazing views of the pan from your veranda.

Your next two days at Jack’s Camp will be filled with exciting adventures. Start your days with a morning walk or game drive exploring the grounds of the pans and getting close with wildlife, experience an exciting adrenaline adventure as you quad bike around the pans.
Get up close and personal with meerkats as you embark on the meerkat adventure with your guide. Spend time walking and interacting with a group of Zu/’hoasi Bushmen as you gain insight into their ancient culture. After having a full day of adventure head back to the camp and relax on your private veranda that overlooks the Makgadikgadi Pans while you dabble your feet in the sparkling plunge pool.

After breakfast, you will embark on a game drive transfer to Tsigaro Airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to Maun International Airport on time for your onward arrangements.

You can visit Makgadikgadi Pans all year round, however, the best time to experience the Kalahari and Makgadikgadi Pans of Botswana is between November and April, this is when the landscape transforms into lush greenery and thousands of animals head to the pans from the south to enjoy abundant grazing on the grassy plains.
You can enjoy a quad biking experience during the dry season of May to October, while you spot wildlife such as meerkats, springbok, hyena, wildcat, ostriches and more. The choice is up to you.
