Your adventure will begin at Phinda Game Reserve, an amazing location for incredible game viewing and activities. Phinda is home to the extraordinary Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo and rhinos) which guests can see while embarking on a game drive conducted in a specially-designed safari vehicle. Phinda is also home to 436 bird species which you will be able to witness soaring high in the sky. The reserve is known for its close-up sightings of the elegant cheetah and black rhino. Each day you spend at Phinda will be different and more exciting.
Head over to Sabi Sand Game Reserve where your adventure will come to a thrilling end. Witness amazing game and breathtaking scenery at Sabi Sand, which shares a fenceless border with the world-famous Kruger National Park. The wildlife is free to roam between both places, offering stunning game viewing. Enjoy amazing activities provided at Sabi Sand, allowing you to explore the reserve by vehicle or on foot. Experience treading in the footprints of game as you embark on a nature walk.
On arrival at OR Tambo Airport, you will be met and assisted onto a flight to Phinda Private Game Reserve. As you reach Phinda, you will be welcomed and transferred to your lodge, where you will spend three nights embarking on adventurous activities throughout Phinda. You will have the choice to stay at either Phinda Rock Lodge or Phinda Vlei Lodge.
Begin your mornings with a game drive, conducted in a specially designed safari vehicle. Explore the reserve as you encounter incredible wildlife such as lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo and more. For a close encounter, embark on a nature walk with a professional guide as you wander the reserve on foot viewing amazing creatures without barriers. For a once in a lifetime experience, enjoy a night sleeping under the stars and unwind in this serene haven in the heart of the African bush as you spend a romantic night sleeping beneath the dazzling constellations.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Phinda Airstrip in time for your flight to Skukuza Airport. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive transferred to Tengile River Lodge. Spend your final nights exploring Sabi Sands Game Reserve while embarking on amazing activities.
Enjoy a nature walk around the reserve accompanied by a professional guide and walk along the paths of game as you witness wildlife. Be enchanted by the African nature that surrounds this beautiful reserve, be one with the African atmosphere. Spend time indulging in a range of soothing massages at the lodge and relax your mind and body after an adventurous activity before packing up and getting ready to leave the beautiful Sabi Sand.

Your final day away has arrived, and you will be transferred to Skukuza Airport in time for your flight to OR Tambo Airport.
Dates are flexible so please make an enquiry and tell us a range of dates you are considering so we can check availability.
On days 1 to 3 you will have the choice of staying at either Phinda Rock Lodge or Phinda Vlei Lodge.
During the months of November – January, you can choose at an additional cost to enjoy a turtle nesting adventure on the beach at night.
