Vundu Camp

Vundu Camp stands along the banks of the Zambezi River, half-hidden amongst a cluster of ebony and tamarind trees that offer both shade and a sense of privacy. Due to its riverside location, Vundu Camp is closed over the rainy season (December to April) when the riverbanks flood. The camp lies within a private concession within Mana Pools National Park, giving guests exclusive front row seats to exciting wildlife viewing from the comfort of the camp itself. The eight thatched chalets provide a luxurious setting for relaxing and waiting for the incredible local wildlife to come to you. Each room has a lounge area and outdoor seating that overlooks the tranquil waters of the Zambezi River, where guests can look out for hippos and crocodiles. Vundu Camp is also home to a number of wild dogs (also known as painted wolves) and the camp’s owners, Nick and Desiree Murray, worked alongside Sir David Attenborough for BBC’s Earth Dynasties painted wolf episode – shot at Vundu Camp.

Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge

Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge lies on the edge of the Gonarexhou National Park, surrounding by lush vegetation and towering trees and overlooking the tranquil waters of the Save River. Gorges Camp and Little Gorges

Gorges Camp and Little Gorges lie at the edge of the Batoka Gorge, just a 30-minute drive from Victoria Falls town. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxing stay, surrounded by the ground’s beautiful landscaped garden and the exquisite views of the Batoka Gorge which can be admired from your private verandah, or from the cooling waters of the swimming pool. The two camps are positioned side-by-side, overlooking the rushing waters of the Zambezi River as it makes its way to the basaltic plateau of Victoria Falls. Gorges Camp and Little Gorges enjoy a tranquil atmosphere away from the vibrant Victoria Falls town, meaning that guests can enjoy a soothing and secluded environment with stunning views, but the town is still easy to access for exciting activities such as white water rafting and tours of the local area. Gorges Camp offers a luxurious experience, where guests can stay in a comfortable thatched chalet with private balconies, whereas Little Gorge gives guests a more authentic bush camping experience where you can get close to nature and witness the thrills of safari up close.

Nsefu Camp

Exclusive and private, Nsefu Camp is situated on the banks of the Luangwa River in the heart of the South Luangwa National Park. With only 6 thatched rondavels, this camp can accommodate up to 12 people offering a unique and quiet safari experience. The rooms are comfortable and understated, and all come with exceptional views of the river which can be enjoyed without having to leave the bed or on the private verandah. Imbabala Zambezi Safari Lodge

Situated in the biodiverse and beautiful Zambezi National Park is Imbabala Zambezi Safari Lodge. Situated on the banks of the Zambezi is a comfortable main area, with a sparkling swimming pool and decking area. The suites come in a range of twin, double and family sizes, and are decorated in a unique and authentic safari style. Each room comes with its own hammock and private decking, where guests can enjoy stretching views over the rolling grasslands and glistening river.

In the northeast corner of the Duba Plains Concession, separated from the rest of the world by two gum pole bridges, lies the secluded Duba Explorers Camp. Duba Explorers Camp is located on an island, guarded by mighty jackalberry and mangosteen trees that hold off the African sun and provide year-round shade. Khwai Bush Camp

Resting on the banks of the Khwai River, under a canopy of sycamore and leadwood trees, lies Khwai Bush Camp. The camp is located on the edge of the Moremi Game Reserve, offering sweeping views of the Okavango Delta and the unique landscape that surrounds it. Sit back with your loved ones on your personal verandah and watch for parades of elephants, buffalo and giraffe across the horizon. Listen out for the roar of a lion, or snorting hippos from the comfort of this picturesque and quaint setting. Deception Valley Lodge

Deception Valley Lodge is located in the Kalahari Desert of Botswana, not far from the famous Okavango Delta. Linyanti Tented Camp is located on the lush Linyanti Marsh, nestled comfortably amongst the riverine trees. The camp consists of 8 spacious and airy safari tents, which are designed with an explorer-type aesthetic, and overlook the sweeping grasslands, savannah and marsh. The camp’s main area includes a shimmering swimming pool area with sun loungers, where elephants often wander by. Huddle around the outdoor fire in a circle of comfy deckchairs and watch the sun dip beneath the horizon, turning the marshland a beautiful burning orange. The diverse Linyanti landscape creates a haven for a range of wildlife and birdlife, offering amazing safari opportunities.
