The El Manantial del Silencio restaurant is run by Chef Sergio Latorre, with an imprint aimed at Andean Cuisine, Latorre is a specialist in Andean cuisine, more than anything for having known how to find the perfect balance between input and preparation.
There are the famous Andean papines and corn, llama meat, trout from the Yala mountains, quinoa and amaranth, goat cheeses, jerky and a myriad of remarkable foods wisely combined by the chef. The options are extensive, it can be ordered à la carte or choose from a three-course menu
